The tooling is complex and can only be manufactured using laser sintering. This technology allows us to create our tooling using both metal and food grade materials as required. The tooling system is then tested and developed either in our development facility or on the client's premises, dependant on the materials being extruded.
When the accepted finished product is achieved the final design alterations are made to the computer model and the final production system is manufactured. This includes the necessary fittings to allow simple installation into the clients' production facility.
