It seemed like a relatively simple task however having accepted the project (and agreed the price!!!!) we were then informed that it was to be an ice cream/sorbet combination and, as we later found out, to be produced on a line that had no viscosity control.
So yes, we achieved the desired product BUT the lack of raw material control resulted in internal freezing of the sorbet, by the surrounding ice cream, which distorted the design after 1 hour, necessitating a 1 minute in-line change of tooling. Not ideal but still a result.
