CO-Extrusion Tooling Installation and Commissioning
Commissioning period
Usually, a 3-day commissioning and staff training period is sufficient to get your production process up and running. We liaise with your production team to ensure that training runs smoothly and make sure we understand your current production processes before training starts.
Co-extrusion tooling training
Co-extrusion tooling training includes the production of a training video and/or manual to include system assembly, hygiene and storage. We're also on hand for support and technical feedback once the training is complete although we typically find that once our systems are up and running, they're very low maintenance.
We meet all the legal requirements placed upon a UK machinery supplier, and will work with you if you're not based in the UK participation to ensure that local laws and standards are satisfied before we start work.
All of our equipment is warranted for 1 year against process failure. We also visit regularly to make sure that standards are maintained and system updates incorporated.
