Extrusion Tool Design
Your Co-extrusion Proposal
When you submit your product design to us, we'll translate it into a 3D graphic image dimensioned to meet the product specifications for co-extrusion. (We assume at this point that you are responsible for image licensing, trademark or plagiarism legalities).
Working closely with you and your vision of the finished product, we'll develop a full co-extrusion design specification, which includes not only the design but also the finished product dimensions and integration into the process line.
Understanding your production processes is important to us and we work closely with those responsible for production machinery to make sure that each solution is workable in your environment.
Co-Extrusion Tooling Design
Once you're happy, we'll ask you to sign off the design so that we can get started with the cad/cam design process, for both the co-extrusion tooling and delivery system, using the latest 3D solid modelling design systems.
This attention to detail ensures that the down line processes and the finished product packaging format can be developed simultaneously with the new product tooling.
The end results are often beyond expectations as the accuracy and depth of design in the final product are exceptional. The tooling design for vegetarian streaky bacon was developed very closely with our client with excellent outputs.
